Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Lunch M-F (clinic closed) 11:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.

Phone Hours

Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Parking is available on 83rd Avenue within 1/2 block of the clinic.
