It is the Clinic’s policy to encourage members of the fulltime permanent staff to seek additional education and training through extension courses. The clinic, therefore, will reimburse such employee 75% of the tuition fees upon successful completion of an approved course. The course must be of value to the employee’s current position and be consistent with the employee’s education level.
Psychological Safety and Health Program
Recently a Psychological Safety and Health Program has been implemented to ensure that the workplace is respectful and safe. An Employee Committee, comprised of 4 staff members, meets to address any concerns raised by our staff.
